Companies strive to grow their business, but they do not always achieve the desired success.
Fortunately, many case studies can help companies learn from other businesses’ successes and failures. I was able to dig up many of these case studies on growth hacking from specialists around the world.
Another compelling example is Canva, which grew through its freemium model and strong user education efforts.
Re- ActiveCampaign: they expanded their offerings from email marketing to a “full customer experience” platform. Do you think this was a response to market demand or a proactive innovation?
Thanks @Brice glad you liked it. I have 4 more to go but hopefully, I can make 1 of LGM for Q2
I think their round of investment also pushed them to keep innovating every year and that was the most common way of going with. Hubspot opened the doors and the rest kind of followed.
Also, there is demand, and they have a audience so upselling was quite easy.
Adding more features will theorically expand your TAM, but I 'm not sure if it’s always the right way to go. I feel like simple software becomes too complex over time (ex: I used to love Buffer !)
