I’m trying to get smarter about managing replies from my cold outreach, and I’d love to know how you do it.
Right now, I’m dealing with this:
- 100+ emails/week (cold)
- Some replies are “not interested,” others are “follow up later” (hard to tell sometimes)
- I’d like to use AI to classify responses, maybe trigger the right follow-up, and surface real opportunities faster
Anyone here using AI to triage replies or score intent from cold outreach?
Bonus points if you’ve found a good setup that doesn’t require hours of manual checking
