Exporting Leads/Audiences to import into CRM

Hi everyone! New to the community, but have been using LGM for the past 6 months.

I need some help – I’m specifically looking to export leads / audiences from LGM and import them into our CRM (Attio). I want to be able to update the records in Attio in bulk, based on behaviour in LGM (so that I can run campaigns end-to-end in LGM and then run re-marketing campaigns via Attio later).

Here is my theory, and I’d love some opinions on what might work best:

  1. Create a list in Linkedin Sales Nav
  2. Import list into LGM and then create an audience for a campaign
2a. Export the audience list with the campaign name as an attribute
  3. Run campaign in LGM
  4. Periodically export lists that have replied or engaged (or have reached end of the campaign without engagement!)
→ here’s the problem, the exported lists do not have lead ‘status’, ‘contacted’ or ‘replied’

Does anyone have tips, tricks or a really smooth way to manage LGM<>CRM. Ideally there would be an integration, but it seems that it’s only for Hubspot/Pipedrive (boooo!)

Hey @beau! Welcome to the community  and awesome to hear you’ve been using LGM for 6 months already!

You’re totally right to want to streamline LGM <> CRM workflows, and good news, what you’re trying to do is possible!

A couple of clarifications that should help:

:white_check_mark: Exporting Leads with Status

For a detailed export (status, last step, replies…), go to Campaign > Overview, select all leads, and export :point_right: Full tutorial here

:bulb:When exporting from Audience, you won’t see full lead statuses (like Contacted, Replied, etc.) because a lead can be part of multiple campaigns — so it can have several statuses.
But in a Campaign, a lead has only one status, which is why exports from there include more detailed info.

:arrows_counterclockwise: Connecting to Attio

There’s no native Attio integration yet, but since you’re on a Pro plan, you can use webhooks to connect LGM to any CRM (including Attio).

  • You can trigger webhooks on reply, status change, etc.
  • Then pass the data to tools like Make or Zapier to update Attio.
